CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

| 1. | Terms of payment: CASH.
|
| 2. | Within the stipulated warranty period the ORIGINAL WARRANTY CARD must be presented each time service is required. Failure to do so would result in the refusal of service. As the SOLE AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR, we reserve the right NOT to grant any form of service to products NOT imported officially by our company. It is entirely up to our discretion to determine the origin of such products in the absence of the ORIGINAL WARRANTY CARD. The render of after-sales-service under such circumstances will be denied.

| 3. | We reserve the right to extend the date of return of this product in the event of a shortage in spare parts.

| 4. | For estimation given on the cost of repair, the owner must provide confirmation within ONE (1) week. Thereafter if no instruction is received the job will be considered cancelled.
|
| 5. | Products having undergone repairs and not collected after THREE (3) months will be sold to recover costs incurred.
|
| 6. | Should the same replaced part malfunction within ONE (1) month from the date of collection, there will be NO charge for the replacement of the part and the service charge will be waived.
|
| 7. | As a precaution against loss, this document MUST be produced during collection of the repaired product as it is your ONLY proof of ownership.
|
| 8. | Set has been meddled and tampered, the service charge will be double.
|
| 9. | We reserve the right not to honour the warranty or repair any sets that have been tampered or modified.
